Find a campaign in the list and pause, resume, cancel, duplicate, or delete it as its status allows.
Before you start
You need the Manage Bulk Email right. Without it the campaign list is read-only and its row-action menu doesn't appear.
Steps
- In the left sidebar, click Marketing → Bulk Email.
- Use the search box to find a campaign by name, or sort/scroll the grid, which shows each campaign's Status, Audience, recipient counts (Sent/Failed/Queued/Bounced/Suppressed), and Scheduled/Last Updated dates.
- Open the row's ⋮ menu for the action(s) available for that campaign's current status:
- Pause — only while Sending. Stops further sends; messages already in flight may still deliver.
- Resume — only while Paused.
- Cancel — while Scheduled, Sending, or Paused. Stops all remaining sends; already-sent recipients can't be un-sent.
- Delete — only for campaigns that are inert: Draft, Sent, Failed, or Cancelled. A live or scheduled campaign must be cancelled first.
- Duplicate — available regardless of status; creates a new Draft copy you can edit and send separately.
- Edit / View — opens the campaign editor (read-only if you lack Manage Bulk Email, or if the campaign has already started sending).
- Destructive actions (Cancel, Delete) ask for confirmation before taking effect.
What you'll see
Status changes reflect immediately in the list, and a campaign that's actively sending shows live progress via a websocket connection (a "Live updates connected" indicator; it reconnects automatically if dropped).
