Find a specific material, or narrow the library down to a working set.
Steps
- In the left sidebar, click Marketing → Materials.
- Use the folder tree on the left to scope the view: All materials, a specific folder (and its subfolders), a Collection, or Trash.
- Type into the Search materials… box to filter by file name or description.
- Use the sort dropdown to order the results: Newest first, Oldest first, Name (A–Z), Name (Z–A), or Largest first.
- Use the Any status dropdown to narrow to one approval status (Draft, Pending review, Approved, Archived).
- Click tag chips in the tag bar to filter to materials carrying all of the selected tags; click Clear to reset.
- Toggle between grid and list view with the icons next to the sort control.
- Click any material's thumbnail (or row, in list view) to open its detail panel.
What you'll see
The collection updates live as you search, sort, and filter — no separate "apply filters" step. If nothing matches, the library shows either "No materials match your search" or an empty-state message depending on whether a folder has anything in it at all.
