See the tickets you've submitted, their current status, and continue or rate the conversation.
Before you start
The View Own Support Tickets Created right.
Steps
- In the top navigation bar, click the Support icon.
- Under Online Support, click View Active Tickets. This opens the Tickets tab of the Support page, showing only tickets you submitted.
- The table lists Ticket #, Title, Status, Priority, Assigned To, and Date. Narrow it down with the Status or Priority filters, or the Needs attention only toggle.
- Click a row to open that ticket's conversation window and keep chatting, if needed.
What you'll see
If you haven't submitted any tickets yet, the table shows "You haven't submitted any support tickets yet." with a shortcut to open one. Once a ticket reaches a resolved or closed status, a How was your experience? prompt appears at the bottom of its conversation window — pick a star rating (half-stars allowed) and, optionally, a comment, then click Submit Rating. Only you, as the person who asked for help, are asked to rate it — and only once.
