Start getting help from Support, either as a real-time chat or a formal ticket.
Before you start
The Create Support Ticket right (or any support-agent right, which includes it).
Steps
- In the top navigation bar, click the Support icon.
- Under Online Support, click Contact Support. A window opens.
- Choose what you need help with from the Topic dropdown.
- Pick one of the two cards:
- Chat with Support — connects you with an agent in real time. Click it and the conversation opens immediately; there's nothing else to fill in.
- Submit a Ticket — for a formal request. Click it, then fill in a Title (required) and an optional Description, and click Submit Ticket.
What you'll see
The window switches to the conversation. A notice near the bottom tells you whether an agent is currently available to reply now, or that nobody has picked it up yet and your message is waiting. You can keep typing in the same window — both paths become an ongoing conversation, not a one-shot form.
To start another request without closing this one, click + New Ticket near the top of the window.
