See the webinars you've booked or joined, join one when it starts, or drop your reservation.
Before you start
The View My Scheduled Webinars right.
Steps
- In the top navigation bar, click the Support icon.
- Under Training, click My Scheduled Webinars.
- Use the Upcoming / Past toggle at the top to switch views.
- To join a session, click its Join button — this only appears starting 15 minutes before the scheduled start time (and stays available for up to an hour after start, while it's in session). It opens the meeting in a new tab.
- To see who else is attending, click anywhere on the row to expand it — this shows the attendee list and, if available, the meeting room name.
- To drop out of an upcoming session you're registered for, click Leave.
What you'll see
Joining opens the video meeting in a new browser tab. Leaving removes you from that session's attendee list; the table refreshes to reflect it. Past sessions show as Completed or Cancelled and no longer offer Join or Leave.
Good to know
There's no "cancel the whole session" action available to an attendee — Leave only removes your own attendance. If you booked a new slot yourself (rather than joining an existing one), it stays on the calendar for anyone else who joined it even after you leave.
