Review members' withdrawal requests, and cancel one while it's still within its hold window.
Before you start
The Approve Organization Payouts right — separate from, and in addition to, the right needed to compose/void commissions.
Steps
- Go to Settings → My Account → Commission Processor, on the Pending Withdrawals sub-tab.
- Filter by status: All, Held, Releasing, Transferred, Payout Pending, Paid, Cancelled, Failed (defaults to Held).
- Each row shows the member, amount, status, request date, and a live countdown to when its hold releases (or "Hold has lapsed" once past due).
- To stop one, click Cancel — only available on rows still Held. Enter a reason (at least 3 characters, shown to the member in their own withdrawal history), then confirm.
What you'll see
A cancelled withdrawal returns its amount to the member's available balance immediately. Once a withdrawal's hold has released, it can no longer be cancelled here — the transfer has already left your Stripe balance.
