How to Turn Apps and Features On or Off

Note: this is the screen that turns on Client Relations Manager (and every other product area) for your organization in the first place — if a feature area's Settings section is missing entirely, check here first.

Before you start

The Configure System right.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → My Account → Apps & Features.
2. The Available tab lists apps: enabled ones show Active; others show Add-on Required or Upgrade to {plan} depending on your billing entitlement, or a plain switch if you're entitled but haven't turned it on yet.
3. Toggle the switch to enable or disable an app.
4. If your organization is a root organization, a second Not Available tab lists in-development apps you can opt into at your own risk.
5. Click Adjust Features on an active app to jump straight to its own settings.

If a switch won't move

• Greyed out with a lock tooltip — force-enabled or force-disabled by your organization's applied security model; not adjustable here.
• Shows Upgrade / Add-on Required — a billing entitlement issue, not something this toggle itself controls.
