What do we need from ADP before starting?
Your client OOID and API Central credentials for the Workforce Now product. Your ADP representative provisions these against your subscription.
What happens to an earning code ADP doesn't recognize?
The sync reports it as a configuration issue and names the code rather than dropping those hours. You map it once and re-run the period.
Does KamoCRM calculate pay?
No. ADP calculates, files, and pays. KamoCRM supplies approved hours and reads back the pay period and balances ADP maintains.
