Note: this whole tab only applies while Kamo Meets is your active provider β Zoom and Teams are branded through their own admin consoles instead, so every control here is disabled if either is active.
Customize how your organization's meetings look for participants β logo, welcome message, recording watermark, and virtual backgrounds.
Before you start
The Manage Meet Settings right.
Steps
- Go to Settings β Kamo Meets β Branding.
- Choose Meeting Logo: Full Logo (horizontal, with org name) or Simple Logo (icon only). The logo image itself is managed in Behavior & Labeling settings β this only picks which variant shows in meetings.
- Write a Welcome Message (up to 500 characters) shown to participants in the lobby before the meeting starts.
- Toggle Watermark on Recordings to overlay your logo on recorded video.
- Manage Virtual Backgrounds:
- Organization Backgrounds are read-only here β managed under Behavior & Labeling, always available to participants.
- Meet Backgrounds support full upload (PNG/JPG/WebP, 10MB max), delete, and drag-to-reorder.
- Click Save changes for the logo/message/watermark fields β background uploads, deletes, and reordering save immediately on their own, independent of this button.
