KamoCRM can host video meetings on one of three providers: Kamo Meets (the built-in default), Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. Your organization has exactly one active provider at a time — every other Meets settings tab (General, Security & Access, Recording, Branding, Notifications) configures behavior for whichever provider is currently active.
Settings follow the provider, not the other way around
Not every provider supports every setting KamoCRM exposes. Each provider card shows a coverage bar ("{count} of {total} meeting settings are available on this provider"), and every individual control across the other five tabs is either fully usable or visibly dimmed with a tooltip explaining the provider can't apply it — the control is genuinely disabled, not just greyed out for show. If the system can't determine what a provider supports (a lookup failure), every control fails open — shown as available, with a warning banner — rather than silently locking everyone out.
Branding in particular is a Kamo-Meets-only concept: Zoom and Teams are branded through their own admin consoles, so the whole Branding tab is unavailable while either of them is active.
Switching providers
Changing providers doesn't touch meetings already scheduled — those keep running on whichever provider created them. Only new meetings use the newly selected provider. Switching to Zoom or Teams puts that provider in a "Pending Setup" status until you complete its connection (own API credentials, or one-click OAuth if a platform operator has registered the app).
