Note: there's no toggle here for including meeting invitations by email — that choice is made per-meeting by the host at creation time, not organization-wide.
Set default meeting reminders, post-meeting summary emails, and calendar behavior.
Before you start
The Manage Meet Settings right.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Kamo Meets → Notifications.
- Reminders — set a default Meeting Reminder lead time (no reminder, 5/10/15/30 minutes before, 1 hour before, or 1 day before).
- Post-Meeting — toggle Meeting Summary Email to send attendees a summary with duration, participant list, and recording link once the meeting ends. This needs recording turned on to have anything to summarize.
- Calendar Integration — toggle Calendar Events to auto-create a calendar event with a join link for new meetings, and Let the provider send its own invitations — leave this off unless people specifically expect the provider's own email format, since turning it on means attendees get two separate invitations.
- Click Save changes.
