End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) in KamoCRM is a single, organization-wide on/off switch — not a per-meeting choice, and not a deeper configuration surface with its own key management screen. When it's on, it applies to all meetings.
The real tradeoff
Turning E2EE on disables recording and server-side features like transcription for every meeting — the platform can't record or transcribe a call it can't decrypt. If your organization relies on meeting recordings or auto-generated transcripts, you can't have both at once.
Like every other Meets setting, this toggle is gated by what your active meeting provider actually supports — see Meeting Providers You Can Connect
