Send a published legal package to the people who need to sign it, and track who's completed it.
Before you start
- Manage Legal And Compliance right, and a published package (see How to Create and Publish a Legal Package).
Steps
Deliver
- In the nav bar, click Human Resources → Legal & Compliance tab → Templates sub-tab.
- On the published package, click Deliver. Delivery goes out to whichever audience you set on the package (all team members, specific departments/job types, or specific people).
- Review the result summary: version delivered, how many recipients were resolved, how many are newly targeted vs. already had it, and how many were skipped because they have no email address on file.
Redeliver a new version
If you publish a new version of a package that's already been delivered, use Redeliver on that package instead of Deliver — it sends the new version specifically to people affected by the change, and the result dialog shows the new version number.
Track and manage assignments
- Click the Assigned sub-tab to see every delivery as one row per person, filterable by package, status (Pending, In progress, Awaiting others, Executed, Execution incomplete, Voided, Superseded), or team member.
- For a completed assignment that failed to file correctly (Execution incomplete), use the row action to re-file it.
- To cancel a delivered assignment before it's signed, void it from its row.
What you'll see
Each recipient gets an assignment they can act on from their own My Account → Legal & Compliance tab (see How to Sign an HR Legal Package). The Assigned grid is your source of truth for who's signed, who's still pending, and who never received it (no email on file).
