Live Changes shows every improvement made to KamoUniverse, the moment it ships. It sits on your home launchpad as a pane, and View All Changes opens the full history.
What you see
- The newest changes, newest first. Each one has a short title, the part of the product it touches, how long ago it was made, and a small symbol for its kind — a new feature, a fix, faster performance, and so on.
- Where each change is on its way to you. Every change travels the same road before you can use it:
- Waiting — it has been sent and is about to start.
- Building — it is being put together and checked.
- Deploying — it passed its checks and is being rolled out.
- Live — you can use it now. A green check marks it, with a little burst the moment it lands.
- Needs Another Try — something stopped it on the way. Nothing changes for you; the next update usually carries it through, and when it does the change turns Live on its own.
- Shipping now. When changes are on their way, a lane above the list shows each one moving along its track, with how long it has been travelling.
The pane updates by itself. You never need to refresh: a change appears at the top the second it is sent, and its status moves as it goes. The small Live light in the corner tells you the pane is connected.
Look at one change
Select any change to open its details: when it was made and by whom, the full notes, its journey from Waiting to Live, and every other change that shipped together with it. Copy Reference copies a short code for that change — handy if you want to mention it to support.
Find a change
On the full page, search by any word, a person's name, or a reference code. Narrow the list by Product, by Status (for example, only what is on its way right now), by kind, or by a date range. The list keeps loading as you scroll, grouped by day.
On the pane, the All, Features and Fixes tabs narrow what is already showing.
Make room on your launchpad
Live Changes starts on everyone's launchpad, and you can move it, resize it, or take it off like any other pane. To bring it back, open your home page settings and switch it on again.
Why can't I see it?
Your organization decides who sees Live Changes. If it is missing, an administrator may have switched it off for your role — see Why Can't I See a Screen or Button?. If it was only just switched on for you, sign out and back in.
