Set the defaults KamoCRM applies to new events and invitations you receive — your default RSVP, reminder, and calendar.
Steps
- On the Calendar page, click the gear icon (Calendar Settings) in the toolbar. A Calendar preferences panel opens on the right.
- Under Default RSVP, pick how you want to respond to invitations by default: Needs action, Accepted, Declined, or Tentative.
- Toggle Auto-add events from invites if you want calendar invitations you receive to be added to your calendar automatically.
- Under Default reminder, pick a Reminder time (5/10/15/30 minutes or 1 hour before) and a Reminder method (Email, Popup, or SMS) — this is what a new event gets if you don't set reminders on it yourself.
- Under Default calendar, pick which calendar new events land on by default, or None.
What you'll see
Each choice saves the moment you make it — the panel shows Saving… and then a brief Saved confirmation, with no separate save button to press.
