Browse your contacts, narrow the list to a book or group, and search or sort within it.
Before you start
Your organization has the CRM turned on and you hold View Contacts — otherwise Contacts doesn't appear in your nav bar.
Steps
- In the top navigation, click Contacts.
- The left sidebar lists your Contact Books and, under each expanded book, its groups. Click All Contacts to see everyone across every book, or click a specific book or group to narrow to just that scope.
- In the middle list, type into Search contacts… to filter by name — matching happens as you type.
- Use the Sort control to order the list by Last name, First name, or Full name, and click the sort-direction control to flip between A–Z and Z–A.
- Click any contact's row to open their full record in the panel on the right — every email, phone, address, organization, URL, instant-message handle, birthday, anniversary, note, and group they belong to.
- Scroll to load more — the list fetches the next page automatically as you near the bottom rather than requiring a "load more" click.
What you'll see
The middle list shows only contacts in your selected book/group that match your search, in the order you chose. The summary line at the top of the page (contacts · books · groups) reflects the same scope.
