Note: the Leads tab's Associate Lead button is a stub — clicking it just shows an "Associate Lead (coming soon)" notice and does nothing else. To connect a Lead to this account, do it from the Lead's side — see How to Link a Lead to an Account
Review everything an account has generated — its linked Leads, the Quotes raised against them, and the Orders placed against the account.
Before you start
Open the account — see How to Browse and Search Accounts
Steps
Leads
- Click the account's Leads tab to see every Lead currently linked to it (name, email, status, created date).
- Click a row to open that Lead's own detail page.
Quotes
- Click the account's Quotes tab to see every quote raised against any of the account's leads, across a paged, filterable, sortable grid (search, status, min/max total, created-date range).
- Quotes themselves are created from the Lead they belong to, not from this tab — this is a read-only rollup for the account as a whole.
Orders
- Click the account's Orders tab to see every order the account has placed (order #, status, total, currency, date).
- Click a row to open that order's detail page — see How do I manage a retail order?
- Click Create Order to start a new order with this account pre-filled as the purchaser — see How to Create a Retail Order
What you'll see
Each tab's row count is reflected in its heading, and the account's Overview tab shows a short "recent" preview of leads and orders with a link into the full tab once there are more than a handful.
