Find an existing account and open its record.
Steps
- In the left sidebar, click Accounts (lands on the Accounts tab of the Account Browser — see What's on an Account record? for why this nav item is gated the way it is).
- Type into the search box to filter by name, email, or company — results update as you type (debounced, so there's a brief pause after you stop typing).
- Review the grid: UID, Display Name (with email underneath), Company, Total Orders, Total Spent, Status (Active/Inactive), Tax Exempt, and Date Created. Every column is independently filterable and sortable; the grid defaults to oldest-first by creation date.
- Chips beneath the grid show running Total, Active, and Inactive counts for whatever's currently loaded.
- Click an account's UID link, or the eye icon in its Actions column, to open its record.
What you'll see
You land on the selected account's Overview tab. From the grid you can also Refresh to reload the list, or (with the right access) delete or merge accounts — see How to Delete an Account and How to Merge Duplicate Accounts
