Get a marketing material to yourself, a teammate, or someone outside the organization.
Before you start
- Downloading and emailing a single material only require the Marketing option to be visible in your nav.
- Email only appears if your organization has email enabled.
- Copy public link and internal sharing/public-link management require the Manage Materials right.
Steps
Download a file
- Open the material's detail panel (click its thumbnail), or use the download icon shown directly on each grid/list item.
- Click Download. For several files at once: select their checkboxes in the grid, then use Download in the bulk action bar that appears — this downloads a single zip.
Email a material
- Open the material's detail panel and click Email (single) or select several materials and use Email in the bulk action bar.
- This opens the org's email composer with the material(s) attached — finish and send from there.
Copy a public link
- Open the material's detail panel and click Copy public link.
- The link is copied to your clipboard and can be pasted anywhere.
Share internally with a specific teammate
- Open the material's detail panel and expand the Share internally section.
- Enter a teammate's username or email under Teammate.
- Optionally check Allow editing and set an Expires date.
- Click Share. The teammate now appears in the share list, with a control to revoke access later.
Create a managed public link
- Open the material's detail panel and expand the Public links section.
- Click Create link, optionally give it a label, and choose an expiry (never, 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days).
- The link is created and copied to your clipboard. Revoke it any time from the same panel.
What you'll see
Downloads and email sends are recorded — each is visible later in the material's usage insights. See How to Approve and Track a Material's Performance
