Note: the "Connect via OAuth" button under Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 doesn't actually do anything yet — it shows an alert reading "OAuth flow not yet implemented — configure credentials manually via the API." There's no manual-entry fallback for those two options in the UI either. Use KamoMail (built-in), Apple iCloud, or a Custom CalDAV/CardDAV entry instead.
Sync calendars and/or contacts between KamoCRM and an external calendar/contacts client.
Before you start
The Manage Email Settings right.
Steps
- Go to Settings → E-Mail → CalDav / CardDav.
- Choose a provider:
- KamoMail (built-in) — shows read-only CalDAV and CardDAV URLs you can subscribe to directly, plus a setup guide (Apple Calendar/Contacts, Thunderbird, Android DAVx⁵) and DNS SRV records for client auto-discovery.
- Apple iCloud or Custom CalDav/CardDav — enter the CalDAV URL, CardDAV URL, username, and password manually.
- Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 — not currently usable; see the note above.
- Set Sync Options: Sync calendars, Sync contacts, and Bidirectional sync (push local changes back to the provider — off by default).
- Click Save Settings.
To sync manually
Click Sync Now in the status bar — it shows the last sync time and current status (Syncing/Error/Idle).
