Design your organization's email header and signature. See The Email Signature Builder first for the scope model.
Before you start
The Manage Email Settings right.
Steps
- Go to Settings → E-Mail → Headers & Footers.
- Pick a scope at the top: Team Member, Department, or your organization.
- Work through the tabs:
- Content — review the auto-filled fields (name, title, contact info, etc.), pick header/signature/footer images, and toggle which fields should actually render for this scope.
- Header — choose from 29 layout templates.
- Signature — choose from 30 layout templates.
- Design — colors, font (from an email-safe list), font size, divider style, icon style, spacing, photo shape/size, margins.
- Legal — set the legal footer text block for this scope.
- Watch the live preview on the right as you go.
- Click Save.
What you'll see
Settings saved here apply per-scope — a Team Member's own settings, their Department's, and the organization's all layer together (the exact precedence wasn't verified in this pass — confirm when you review).
