Set your organization's default instructions for the AI Assistant, whether Kamo picks the model, and the text every AI agent in your organization must include.
Before you start
You need the Manage AI Settings permission.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Artificial Intelligence → Security Models, and scroll past the access policies to General AI Settings at the bottom.
- Set the Default System Prompt: the instructions every AI Assistant conversation starts with, unless something more specific overrides them.
- Turn on Auto-select best available model if Kamo should choose the model when a person hasn't picked one.
- Under Required text for every agent, optionally set Required opening text and Required closing text. They are added to the start and the end of what every persona and AI team member in your organization is told, for anything your business is required to say, such as "Always say you are an automated assistant, not a person." Their authors can see this text but can't change or remove it.
- Click Save Settings.
What you'll see
The settings apply straight away. If you changed the required text, Kamo applies it to every persona and AI team member at once, and the confirmation says how many agents it updated.
