Cross-reference: AI Sales Agents are what you assign to a web chat integration's AI channel — see How to Customize Your Web Chat Widget in Communications → Chat.
Create a named AI persona your organization can assign to a channel (like a web chat widget) instead of a raw system prompt.
Before you start
The Manage AI Settings right.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Artificial Intelligence → AI Sales Agent Setup.
- Click Add Agent — creating and editing an agent each happen on their own full page, since an agent is a substantial, multi-part document (covering things like industry, behavior, and required text) rather than something a small dialog can hold.
- Fill in the agent's details across its sections, including an industry classification and any required text the agent must always include.
- Save.
To manage existing agents
The list view lets you toggle an agent active/inactive, edit it, or delete it (with confirmation).
What you'll see
Agents carry their own version history, unlike a raw system prompt typed into a single field — required limits on an agent can't be edited away by accident the way free text could.
