Settings → Super Intelligence is where you set up how your organization's SIs work. It has six tabs. Each tab opens on a set of cards; open a card to see and change what it holds. Every page has its own address, so you can bookmark it or send it to a colleague, and your browser's Back button always steps back one page.
A card's corner ribbon shows where things stand: green means it is set up and working, amber means it needs someone, grey means it is not set up yet.
The six tabs
- Overview — start here: your Setup Journey, Health At A Glance, Needs You, Who Gets What, and a card for every other area.
- How They Work — how every SI thinks, sounds and behaves: the Organization Job Description, Personality Styles, Role Templates, Calls & Meetings (what callers hear first, the background sound under the voice, languages, clear speech and relay calls, and joining outside meetings) and Easter Eggs.
- Daily Work — the routines SIs run on their own: Your Organization's SI, Briefings, the Capture Inbox, Shift Reports, Web Chat Personas and Channels.
- Safety & Oversight — what keeps SIs safe and on budget: Spending limits, Who Can Use What (how much each role may use the SI Assistant), and Alerts & On Call (who hears first when something goes wrong).
- Brains & Tools — what your SIs think with: Providers, Model Choices (which models to prefer for each kind of work) and Connected Tools.
- Personal Assistant — what every member's own SI Assistant starts with: Starting Settings, Limits and Who Gets What.
You only see the tabs and cards your rights open. For example, the Organization Job Description needs Configure System Settings; Providers need Manage AI Settings; Spending opens for whoever may read or change SI budgets.
The Overview
Your Setup Journey is a short list of steps that takes your organization from nothing to SIs that work safely: Connect A Brain, Hire Your First SI, Write The Job Description, Choose Who Gets Alerts, Check What Callers Hear and Turn On Quality Checks. Each step checks itself off from what is really set up — nobody ticks it by hand — and each one opens the page where it is done. The ring shows how many are done. Once every step is done, the journey folds into Setup Complete and stays that way; if something slips later, it shows under Needs You instead.
Health At A Glance shows how every way your SIs work is doing right now (calls, meetings, chat, email and more), how many SIs are working, and who is on call. Open SI Status goes to the full picture on the SI Workforce page.
Needs You lists what is waiting on a person, most urgent first: problems (Now), slow things and approvals waiting (Soon), setup still to do (Setup) and things worth turning on (Tip). Each line has one button that goes straight to where it is fixed.
Who Gets What answers "why is it doing that?". Pick any SI or any person. For an SI you see its job description layer by layer — the organization first, then each group it belongs to, then its own — with where every item came from, plus its background sound, easter eggs and shift reports. For a person you see their personal SI Assistant and the shift reports they get. Every line says which layer set it, and Change opens that page. The most specific setting always wins: one SI or person, then their team, job title and department, then the organization, then Kamo's default.
You only see the parts your own settings pages would show you.
How They Work, card by card
- Organization Job Description — every part of the job description (purpose, guidelines, boundaries, working hours and the rest) is a card that shows what is written in it. Open a card to write that part; your changes stay while you move between parts, and the save bar at the bottom saves them all at once.
- Personality Styles — the built-in styles and your own. Each card shows where the style is used: the whole organization, a role, department, job title, team or one SI. When you write a style's text, Insert The Organization's Name adds a chip that becomes your organization's name when the SI speaks.
- Role Templates — ready-made jobs such as Receptionist, Loan Processor and Scheduler. Open one to see what it sets, choose the SI it is for and press Give. It shows in that SI's version history, so it can be undone.
- Calls & Meetings — press Hear It to listen to exactly what a caller hears when an SI answers: the opening and recording notice, in that SI's own voice, over its background sound, in any language your SIs speak. It plays on your device; nobody is called. Settings that live on other screens (the SI line in email signatures, the phone servers that carry SI lines, and Zoom and Teams joining) show here with their current value and a link to where they are changed.
- Easter Eggs — open How It Works on a card to see the steps, things to try, and what keeps it safe.
Day-to-day running
Watching what your SIs are doing, approving their work, their results and their status is not set up here. It lives on the SI Workforce page, opened from SI Assistant in the main menu.
Daily Work
Your Organization's SI is the one SI that does your organization's shared routines: it sorts email for whoever opted in, reads captures, writes new briefings and makes SI calls. This page is the only place it is chosen. Email settings (Email Triage) and My Account (Automation Streams) show the same SI by photo and name, with a Change SI link back here.
Briefings shows each briefing as a card with its SI, days and readers. Add A Briefing or Edit opens a guided editor in five steps — What It Covers, Who Reads It, When, What Goes In It and What The SI May Do. Every number says the range it takes, and anything a running briefing still needs is named on its step before you save.
Capture Inbox sets how the SI files what people send, when a capture counts as late (the early warning has to come before the limit), and who hears about it.
Web Chat Personas are the characters that chat with visitors on your website. New Persona opens the gallery, and each persona opens at an address made of its name.
Channels shows the SI switches that belong to other screens, each with its current value: Email Triage, SI Calls (Automation Streams), the Mortgage SI Switches of your mortgage market, which Websites an SI answers, and the Devices SI policy. Nothing is changed here; each row opens the screen that owns it. You only see the rows whose screens you can open. SI loan access stays your organization owner's decision, and Kamo never turns a lender switch on.
Personal Assistant
Starting Settings sets what everyone's SI Assistant starts with, for the whole organization or one department, job title or team, and what members may not change. Limits only ever make the assistant stricter: confirm every change, whether members may choose the brain, memory, and What It May Work On — the areas it may use, grouped under plain headings with a search. Who Gets What shows any one person's assistant and which setting decided each part.
Unsaved changes
If you change something and try to leave the page before saving, Kamo asks first: Keep Editing or Leave Without Saving. Nothing is thrown away silently.
