Connect a phone system (VOIP) or bulk text (SMS) provider instance.
Before you start
The Manage VOIP Settings right, and your organization must have Phone Systems enabled.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Phone System(s) → Providers.
- Under Phone Servers, click Add Phone Server — or under Bulk Text, click Add Text Provider.
- Complete that provider's connection wizard (fields vary by provider; some support one-click OAuth, reflected by a redirect back to this tab on completion).
- Once connected, the instance appears as a card in the relevant section — click it to open its own settings.
