Listen to, organize, or remove your voicemail messages.
Steps
- Open the softphone (top nav phone icon → Call) and click the VM tab. The tab title shows how many are new.
- Filter with the chips: All, Unread, Has audio.
- Click a voicemail's play icon to open it in the media player — this also marks it read automatically. If it's been transcribed, a text transcript is shown alongside the audio.
- Use More on a voicemail for:
- Mark read
- Delete… — offers Archive (hides it from your list; the recording stays on the server) or, if you have the right, Permanently delete (cannot be undone).
- Mark All Read at the top clears every unread badge at once.
What you'll see
Played or marked voicemails clear their "new" badge. Archived voicemails leave your list but aren't destroyed; permanently deleted ones are gone for good.
