Review your phone system's users, provisioned devices (desk phones and mobile), voicemail boxes, and overall sync health — all aggregated across every connected provider instance.
Before you start
The Manage VOIP Settings right.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Phone System(s), then:
- Phone Users — everyone provisioned across your connected instances.
- Devices — split into Phone System Devices (desk phones) and Mobile Devices sub-tabs.
- Voicemail — voicemail boxes across instances.
- Health — overall sync/connection status per provider instance.
- On any tab, click Refresh to reload, or (on tabs that support it) Sync Now to pull fresh data directly from the provider.
What you'll see
These are primarily read-only, aggregated views — they reflect what's actually provisioned on your connected phone systems rather than letting you create records directly here.
