Can I receive SMS through Twilio?

Twilio SMS is currently sending-focused in the integration. Inbound SMS handling via Twilio webhooks is a feature request for broader support.

What about MMS?

MMS support depends on Twilio account configuration and carrier support for the sending number. Image attachments are possible through Twilio's MMS API where available.
