See everyone whose time is tracked, and what they've accrued so far, for a given week.
Before you start
- Manage Timecards right.
Steps
- In the nav bar, click Human Resources → Attendance tab. You land on the Roster sub-tab by default.
- Toggle between This week and Last week to change the range.
- Read the grid: each row is a team member, showing whether they're currently on or off the clock, their FLSA classification, and their hours worked broken into straight, overtime, and double time. An Exceptions column shows a count in a colored chip for anyone with unresolved exceptions on that day range.
- Click Try again if the roster fails to load.
What you'll see
You get a live, read-only snapshot — hours are computed from the immutable punch log on every read rather than stored as a running total, so a corrected punch is reflected immediately. Nobody enrolled yet shows an empty state pointing you at enrollment; a load failure shows an explicit error rather than an empty roster, since the two mean very different things.
