A whole-series move (ALL, or THIS_AND_FOLLOWING) now carries the rule with it (spec D-9): UNTIL moves by the same local step, so the last instance stays; a weekly/daily BYDAY moves with the date (and WKST where it groups an every-other- week rule); a lone monthly/yearly day, nth weekday or month that named the old start is named from the new one. EXDATEs and edited instances move by the step and, where a carried rule cannot keep one exactly, go to the instance at the same place in the moved series. Only a real rule change drops the exceptions it no longer makes (spec 4.5); a rule sent that is the series' own carried rule (the composer names a moved monthly day from the new start) is no change, and a THIS_AND_FOLLOWING that echoes the shown COUNT keeps the remaining one. A tail with one instance left is one event. A LEAD_CALLBACK refuses a repeat (400 RECURRENCE_UNSUPPORTED) on the REST update and on an ics/CalDAV upsert. SecurityService's internal cancel deletes the event's overrides, EXDATEs and audience before it, and its reschedule of a callback made to repeat earlier makes it one call again.
