ToolWindowShell applies `transform: translateY(0)` which creates a CSS stacking context. This caused all `position: fixed` overlays (autocomplete dropdown, popover, contact picker) to be clipped by the tool window's `overflow: hidden` — making them invisible. Fixed by rendering all three overlay components via React portals (createPortal to document.body) so they escape the stacking context. Also simplified the sent-email search query from the unsupported `to:query OR cc:query` syntax to a plain text query against the Sent folder, relying on the backend's full-text search.
