New to KamoCRM? Start here. This section covers the screen you land on when you sign in, how to make it your own, and where everything else lives.
KamoCRM is one place for the work a business actually does day to day: the people you sell to, the conversations you have with them, the documents you sign, the hours your team works, and the money that comes in. Each of those is a separate area of the product, and you can turn on only the ones you need.
What you'll find here
- The Home Launchpad — the screen you see first, what each card on it does, and why some of them may not appear for you.
- How to Customize Your Home Screen — rearranging cards, pinning the ones you use daily, and changing your background.
Where to go next
Once you know your way around Home, pick the area that matches what you were hired to do:
- Selling to and looking after customers → Client Relations Manager
- Email, chat, meetings and phone calls → Communications
- Files, documents and internal guides → Documents and Knowledge
- Setting the company up, adding people, and permissions → Workspace and Administration
- Clocking in, time off and training → Human Resources and Time Cards
If you're not sure who can help, Getting Support explains how to reach a person.
