The AI Assistant answers questions about your work in plain language. Ask it how to do something in KamoCRM, ask it to summarize a long thread, or ask it something about your own organization's guides — it can read your Knowledge Base and answer from it.
It's a conversation, not a search box. You can follow up, ask it to rephrase, and come back to the same conversation days later.

What the Assistant can and can't see
It only sees what you're allowed to see. Knowledge Base articles are the clearest example: an article written for team members only will never be quoted back to a customer, because the Assistant applies the same audience rules the article itself carries.
Administrators can go further and restrict which models are available, or write an access policy that limits what the Assistant may be asked. Those controls live under Workspace and Administration → AI Settings, not here.
