How this relates to the CRM
They meet on the account. An order belongs to an account, and an account's Orders tab is where you see everything that customer has bought. If you're following a customer from first contact to first purchase, you'll start in Client Relations Manager and end here.
The word "pipeline" means something specific in this section — a real board with real stages that an order moves through. In the CRM it doesn't; a lead's progress is its status. Lead Status vs. Sub-Status explains that difference, which trips people up regularly.
