Set up a dedicated SMTP relay for high-volume marketing campaigns, kept deliberately separate from your everyday transactional email — so a bad batch or a reputation hit on bulk sending never affects normal mail flow.
Before you start
The Manage Email Settings right.
Steps
- Go to Settings → E-Mail → Bulk Email Sender.
- Fill in SMTP Host, Port (1–65535), Username, Password, Encryption (SSL/TLS/STARTTLS/None), From Name, and From Email (must be a valid address).
- Click Save. Leave Password blank on a later edit to keep the one already stored.
- Click Send test email to confirm it's working — this is disabled until you've saved with no pending changes.
What you'll see
A status pill shows Not configured / Pending verification / Verified / Error, along with the last test result and any error message.
