The Email Signature Builder

The email signature builder configures the header and signature block that gets attached to outgoing email — despite the Settings tab's URL slug being "signatures," it covers both a Header and a Signature, each with dozens of layout choices.

Three independent scopes

Header/signature settings are configured separately at three levels — Team Member, Department, and your organization (labeled with whatever your custom Branch label is) — each with its own saved configuration. Switching between them while you have unsaved changes prompts you to save, discard, or cancel first.

Five builder tabs

Content (auto-fills from the member's profile and org data — name, title, department, contact info, social links, plus image pickers), Header (29 layout choices), Signature (30 layout choices), Design (colors, fonts, spacing, borders, photo shape), and Legal (a footer text block — a separate mechanism from the Email Templates tab's own legal-text picker, not shared with it).

Field visibility toggles

Each scope has its own set of toggles controlling which fields actually render — for example, an admin can turn off "Cell Phone" at the company scope so it never appears regardless of what's filled in on a member's profile.
